What changes for Certas customers?

If you're already a Certas customer, you'll enjoy the same insurance products that protect you and your family, personal, hassle-free service and no charges, commissions or service fees.

Your renewal will be issued under the Desjardins brand, but the underwriting company will continue to be Certas Direct Insurance Company.

The only change you will see is a new name and logo at the top of your policy. In the meantime, you don't need to do anything. Our phone numbers and addresses remain the same. So if you need to make a change to your policy, modify your billing or report a claim, please call 1-877-699-9923.
